Our company was established in 1985 in Kotka, under the name of Kymen Vuokraus ja Puhdistus. Our company was ideated by our current CEO Keijo Mäntynen and his brother Kalevi Mäntynen. In the beginning we only offered cleaning services for industrial premises. The idea of providing a full range of accommodation services started when we expanded our activities to include residential cleaning. Since the beginning, the cornerstone of our business has been to provide a flexible service to our customers and answering their needs.

KVP Group’s premises
Our office was located in Kotka until 1997, when we moved closer to our customers to larger premises in Järvenpää Minkkikatu. When we moved to Järvenpää, we also took the name KVP Group.
As our operations expanded, our old premises became cramped and in autumn 2012 we moved to our current premises at Yrittäjänkatu 15 in Järvenpää, Finland. Our current premises are home to our office and our central warehouse.
At the end of 2020, solar panels were installed on the roof of our warehouse and we now produce a large part of the energy used in the warehouse ourselves.

We’ll find an apartment in the location you want. We will furnish the apartment and take care of the cleaning and linen according to the contract. Our cleaning service has proved to be a popular extra service and makes a significant contribution to the comfort of the residents stay.
